The quality of finishing is decided before the spray gun — on a smoothly sanded edge. The edge sander, such as the Hammer HS 950, is made precisely for this step: it smooths the edge quickly, evenly and repeatably.

The machine is new, unused and supplied in original wooden packaging. The sanding belt 2515 × 150 mm with switchable oscillation runs at a speed of 17 m/s; the cast iron table can be height-adjusted by 150 mm to use the belt across its full width, and the sanding unit tilts infinitely from 0° to 90° — from flat edges to bevelled cuts without changing tools. The side table allows sanding of curved workpieces with a radius over 60 mm; Slovenian operating instructions are included.
