What the agent suggests

  1. ObservationParts pile up in front of the edge bander. The agent sees where work waits and says so before a delay appears.
  2. SuggestionGroup parts with the same edge band.Fewer band changes mean less waiting in front of the edge bander.
  3. DecisionYou confirm the suggestion. The agent prepares, you decide. You see the numbers in your own data.

Simulation · the data is invented.

For those who want every detail

Why Totus Agent

What it enables for a workshop

  • Less retyping

You enter the data once, and every following step inherits it.

  • Fewer errors before cutting

The agent checks sizes, quantities and material codes before anything goes into production.

  • A quote the customer understands

A quote with drawings of the room (plan and elevations), not just a list of lines; the 3D view is in the configurator.

  • You decide

The agent prepares, you approve; nothing is written without your approval.

AGENT: Purchase order no. 18 (Demo supplier): 3 open lines. I suggest the quantities not yet received — correct them to what actually arrived.

Result: Purchase order no. 18 is fully received (lines: 3). Stock has been increased.

    receive_purchase_order → purchase order no. 18: 3 lines received

  9. 9. Assign label codes (Labels)

AGENT: I will assign label codes to pieces without a code.

Result: 233 new codes are assigned; labelled pieces in total: 233.

    assign_labels → new label codes: 233

  10. 10. Confirm the work order (Work order confirmation and release)

AGENT: The work order is ready to be confirmed.

Result: Work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ is confirmed.

    work_order_status(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → confirmed

  11. 11. Release the work order to production (Work order confirmation and release)

AGENT: I will release the work order to production.

Result: Work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ is released to production.

    work_order_status(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → released

  12. 12. Hand the work order over to production (Handover to production and CNC)

AGENT: I hand work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ (233 pieces) over to production for tracking by phase. The pieces reference no CNC programs, so no files are needed.

Result: Work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ is handed over to production (233 pieces) and the handover evidence is recorded — the “Handover to production and CNC” step is complete.

    import(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → Production project no. 41 · pieces: 233 · mes_export → handover evidence recorded

  13. 13. Start production (Production and tracking)

AGENT: I will move the work order into production.

Result: Production of work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ has started.

    work_order_status(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → scheduled · work_order_status(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → in production

  14. 14. Complete the work order (Completion)

AGENT: All pieces are completed — I will complete the work order.

Result: Work order WTP-2026-A7K2MQ is completed.

    work_order_status(WTP-2026-A7K2MQ) → completed

The demonstration is shortened and is a simulation.

How it works

  • The agent prepares, you confirm

At every point on the path the agent prepares the work and waits for your confirmation.

  • The real screen is one click away

Where the agent does not cover the work, the “Open the step screen” link takes you to the details of that step.

  • It learns from your decisions

The agent gradually learns your usual choices and asks you less and less.

  • Autonomous operation

The agent runs production on its own and reports exceptions to you.

One flow

You enter the data once. Every next step inherits it.

No retyping and no lost papers: the inquiry, project, quote, work order, cutting and tracking are one story in five phases. Choose a phase to see what happens in it and who does what.

What it does

What the agent does for you

From the inquiry to the project result: the tasks the agent prepares and you confirm.

  1. AI intake of inquiries from e-mail and documents (agent)
  2. Inquiries, customers and a sales board; the agent guides a project through the steps
  3. Room measurements: photos and dimensions
  4. A public 3D configurator without sign-in, price including VAT
  5. 3D design, a rough price and a kitchen planner (layout variants by professional rules)
  6. Import from your program (e.g. Cabinet Vision)
  7. Customer view: order status, promised date, quote and documents, messages, confirmations
  8. From the 3D project to a work order without retyping
  9. Purchasing from the bill of materials: purchase list, purchase order and receipt (you send the order to the supplier yourself)
  10. Purchasing linked to projects: reservations and deliveries per project
  11. Cutting plans, CNC exports and labels with a QR code
  12. Schedule, order deadlines and the bottleneck
  13. Tracking by stage, scanning with a phone
  14. A promised delivery date that the customer sees on the order
  15. The project result, exceptions and delays

Project path

From first contact to maintenance: one agent through every stage

The stages follow the path of a project. The agent leads them and, at each one, prepares the work and waits for your approval.

  • Above all stages

    The agent guides every stage

The whole project in one conversation: from the quote and order to purchasing and production. The agent prepares, you confirm.

Sales and designFrom the first contact to the quote.

  • Inquiry and sales

Customers, inquiries, meetings and opportunities: from the first contact to the completion of the project.

  • Room measurements

Photos and video from a phone or measurements with a laser: a plan with dimensions, windows and doors, with an accuracy estimate for every dimension.

  • Design and quote

Custom kitchens, wardrobes and furniture in 3D, with a price on every change; the quote and the estimate in one place.

Production preparationFrom the order to cutting and machine programs.

  • Order and work order

Import from your program or a 3D project without retyping: customers, orders and work orders in one connected flow.

  • Material and purchasing

The bill of materials, material needs, purchase list, purchase order and receipt; stock per project.

  • Cutting

Cutting plans that use boards economically, CNC exports and labels.

  • CNC programs

Drilling, grooves and other operations on the confirmed parts become a program for the CNC machine, with no retyping of dimensions.

Production and installationPart tracking and work in the field.

  • Production and tracking

Every part visible from cutting to pre-assembly, as it happens: labels scanned at every station.

  • Installation

Installers get instructions and material, appointments are scheduled, and it is clear who is responsible for every project.

After the projectThe result, analyses and machine condition.

  • Project result and analyses

Indicators as it happens, analyses and reports: the project result, exceptions and delays at a glance.

  • Machine maintenance

Machine condition, vibration and consumption in one place: warnings before a breakdown, a service plan and the history of work.

Robots on the lineThe agent also leads robots that carry and stack parts.

  • Machine connectionMachines, scanners and label printers connected into the same flow.
  • AI assistanceWhere it helps, for example understanding instructions to the agent.

AI and professional rules

AI does not make up numbers

Dimensions, clearances and prices are calculated by the verified core of the system. The AI understands wishes and explains proposals. A person always has the last word.

The AI proposes, professional rules check

  1. Customer wishes

Text, style and budget, together with the measurements of the room.

  2. AI proposals

Several layout variants for exactly this room, calculated by professional rules, each with a short explanation.

  3. Rule check

Ergonomics, clearances, services and safety. Anything unsuitable is fixed or rejected.

  4. A valid 3D project

With a price and a bill of materials, ready for refinement and a quote.

If a proposal fails the check, it goes back for correction.

Examples of rules from the knowledge base

  • Door swing: units must not reach into the swing of a door leaf.required
  • Window access: no tall unit stands in front of a window, and no wall unit or hood hangs over it.required
  • Worktop between sink and hob: there should be a continuous work surface between the sink and the hob.recommendation
  • Sink under the window: if the run has a window, the sink should be under it or close by.recommendation

Rooms in the knowledge base

  • kitchens
  • bedrooms
  • bathrooms
  • hallways
  • living rooms
  • offices
  • walk-in wardrobes

The knowledge base covers kitchens and other rooms.

Connections

You do not start from scratch

Totus Agent connects with the program and the machine you already have.

Import from your program

The agent reads an export from any program for 3D or 2D drawing and imports it into the work order, so there is no need to retype it. Example: an export from Cabinet Vision (out.csv).

Cabinet Vision: packages and prices

Exports for your machines

Any machine, regardless of brand. For projects from our 3D configurator, CNC exports for Felder and Format4 machines (TCN, F4G) and for other CNC machining centres; for cutting, a CSV cut list and DXF cutting layouts. We check the format for your machine together with you during onboarding.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Totus Agent

How can I get to know Totus Agent?

Look through the presentation on this page and join the list with the “I am interested” form: leave your details and, if you like, answers to a few short questions. We will get in touch.

What is the agent, and does it decide instead of me?

The agent is a conversational assistant that guides a project from order to installation. It prepares the work and you confirm every step; nothing is written without your approval. The demonstration on this page is a simulation with prepared texts, not a live conversation with artificial intelligence (AI). Autonomy grows gradually, under your control, and a person always has the last word.

Does the AI make up dimensions and prices?

No. Dimensions, clearances and prices are calculated by the verified core of the system from your price list and the project. The AI understands wishes and explains proposals; every proposal goes through a professional rule check before it is shown.

What about my existing programs and machines?

Totus Agent is designed to work with any program for 3D or 2D drawing (Cabinet Vision and others) and with any machine, regardless of brand. We check the format for your machine together with you during onboarding. If you do not have a program yet, prepare the project in our 3D configurator.

How much does Totus Agent cost?

We do not publish a price.

What happens when I sign up?

We add you to the list. When we have news about Totus Agent we get in touch; until then we send you nothing.
