A contact sanding machine delivers uniformly sanded surfaces across the full width of the workpiece — a step that cannot be achieved by hand. The Felder FW 850 classic is a compact contact sander, year of manufacture 2026, from our showroom.

A 7 kW motor drives the sanding belt, while a powered conveyor belt guides the workpiece evenly through the machine. Working height is adjusted via digital display, the sanding belt is tensioned pneumatically with manometer control, and the setting is adapted to the belt grit (K60–K80 or K100–K180).
