A contact wide belt sander calibrates thickness and fine-sands the entire panel surface in one pass — from raw element to lacquer-ready finish. The Format4 finish 1350 classic is a professional version with a working width of 1350 mm, year of manufacture 2017, and lightly used.

Height is adjusted electrically via display, feed speed is variable from 2.8 to 20 m/min, and segment-based workpiece width detection ensures correct pressure across the entire panel. The machine is equipped with a package for finishing lacquered surfaces — vacuum table, cleaning air blow-off, and variable sanding belt speed (2.4–19 m/s) — and a folding infeed and outfeed table of 900 mm length.
