How buying works
A machine is a decade-long investment. That’s why our process is simple, transparent and free of surprises.
Call or send an enquiry. Together we review your products, space and budget — advice with no obligation.
In our Ljubljana showroom we run the machine with your material. You see the result, not the catalogue.
We build your exact configuration in the configurator. A new-machine quote includes delivery, installation, commissioning and training; for machines in stock we list them separately.
We deliver and install the machine and train your team. Our service engineers stay available for the machine’s whole life.
Happy customers

More about usFrequently asked questions
For new machines the quote is final: delivery, installation, commissioning and training for your team are already included, and advice is free of obligation. For machines in stock we arrange delivery, installation and training by agreement and list them separately in the quote, so you see every amount in advance.
We have our own service engineers covering all of Slovenia and a spare-parts stock — no subcontractors. Many questions are resolved over the phone; otherwise our engineer comes to you.
More about our serviceYes. Every used machine is inspected, serviced and tested before sale; delivery, installation and training are available on request and charged separately.
Of course — we even recommend it. Book a visit to our showroom at Tacenska cesta 25 in Ljubljana and bring your own material. We run the machine together.
Pick a day for your visitMachines in stock (new, ex-display and used) ship immediately. For new machines built to order, the lead time depends on the manufacturer and configuration — we confirm the exact date with your quote so you can plan reliably.
