What is included in the machine price?
Everything: consulting, delivery, installation, commissioning and training for your team. There are no hidden items — the price on the quote is the final price of a working machine in your workshop.
How does service work?
We have our own service engineers covering all of Slovenia and a spare-parts stock — no subcontractors. Many questions are resolved over the phone; otherwise our engineer comes to you.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are agreed individually. Share your rough budget with your inquiry and together we'll find an arrangement that fits your workshop.
What warranty do used machines carry?
Every used machine is inspected, serviced and tested before sale. You get a working guarantee, installation and training — the same treatment as with a new machine.
Can I try a machine before buying?
Of course — we even recommend it. Book a visit to our showroom at Tacenska cesta 25 in Ljubljana and bring your own material. We run the machine together.
What are the delivery times?
Used machines in stock ship immediately. For new machines the lead time depends on the manufacturer and configuration — we confirm the exact date with your quote so you can plan reliably.
