In series panel sizing, automation determines productivity: the push beam with grippers automatically grips the panel, positions it and feeds it into the next cut, while the operator simply removes the cut pieces. Mayer PS9Z is a horizontal panel saw equally suited for working with larger formats.

The machine cuts up to a length of approximately 4200 mm with the same stroke of the push beam, the main blade Ø355 mm together with the scoring blade Ø127 mm ensures a clean cut up to a height of approximately 95 mm, and the cutting height is adjusted automatically.
