Rounded edges, circular tables and other curves cannot be edge-banded with a straight edge banding tool — for this a curve edge banding tool is required, where you guide the workpiece by hand while the machine applies the adhesive and feeds the tape. Fravol A 16P is a compact version of this machine, year of manufacture 2019.

Operates with EVA, PUR and polyolefin adhesives, accepts tapes 0.4–3 mm and edge-bands pieces 10–140 mm high with radii from 20 mm onwards. Feed speed is adjustable from 2.5 to 12 m/min, feed length is set electronically, and the work table tilts up to 45°. The adhesive pot heater has a power of 2.4 kW, the roll holder accepts reels up to Ø800 mm, and pneumatic shears handle tape cutting.
