An agent you talk to
The idea is simple: instead of opening one program after another, you talk to an agent. It guides you from the inquiry on the website through measurement, 3D, quote and cutting to production and installation.

This is how the scenario goes, step by step. The agent prepares, you confirm; a program opens only for refinement.
Station 1: Sales
Inquiry from the website: product built-in wardrobe; room bedroom; width 2.6 m; fronts white, matt.
Agent: A new inquiry arrived on the website: a built-in wardrobe for a bedroom, 2.6 m wide. I replied to the customer and suggest a site measurement on Thursday.
You: Confirmed.
Station 2: Site measurement
Agent: The measurement is done and the dimensions are in the project without retyping. The ceiling at the right wall is 30 mm lower. Shall I prepare the 3D draft?
You: Confirmed.
Station 3: 3D visualisation
Agent: The 3D draft is ready. The carcass height needs your judgement, so I have opened the Configurator.
The Configurator opens because the agent needs a person to refine the design.
You: I adjusted the height. Confirmed.
Station 4: Quote
Agent: The quote is calculated from the confirmed project using your price list. Shall I send it to the customer?
You: Confirmed.
Station 5: Cutting / CNC
Agent: The customer accepted the quote. The cutting plan, the CNC programs and a label for every part are ready. Release to production?
You: Confirmed.
Station 6: Production
Agent: All parts are made and scanned. Shall I arrange the installation for Friday?
You: Confirmed.
Station 7: Installation
Agent: The installation is arranged with the customer and the installers. Afterwards I prepare the handover record and the invoice. Confirm?

Learning
Agent: In your last projects you always confirmed the same choices. Shall I carry them out myself from now on and ask you only about exceptions?

Station 8: Robots
Agent: Later, robots too: the agent will also guide machines and robots in the workshop. This is a vision, not a feature that exists today.
The development goal is for the agent to gradually take over the usual steps while you keep the last word. Robots later. This is a concept preview, not a product that is already available.

Is Totus Suite already available?
Not yet. Totus Suite is in development. Eight connected applications are already built and verified in production, but we do not publish a public launch, prices or a date for now. Sign up for early access and we will get in touch with you personally.
What is the agent, and does it decide instead of me?
The agent is a conversational assistant that guides a project from inquiry to installation. It prepares the work and you confirm every step. It opens a program only when it needs your refinement. Autonomy is a development goal: it grows gradually, under your supervision, and a person always has the last word.
Does the AI make up dimensions and prices?
No. Dimensions, clearances and prices are calculated by the verified core of the system from your price list and the project. The AI understands wishes and explains proposals; every proposal goes through a professional rule check before it is shown.
What about my existing programs and machines?
Import from Cabinet Vision and IMOS into the ERP is already built and verified in production. Exports for sliding table saws and CNC machines are also prepared in the formats for Felder and Format4. We will discuss other machines at the presentation.
How much does it cost and when will it be available?
We do not publish prices or a launch date for now. When you sign up for early access, we agree on the details personally.
What happens after I sign up?
We get in touch and arrange a live presentation on your own example: a kitchen or a wardrobe, from the inquiry to the labels. Together we decide on the next step, for example a workshop with your team or a pilot on a real project.
