In series production, a spindle moulder must not only cut — it must also set up quickly and repeatably so that profile changes do not consume more time than the actual moulding. Format4 Profil 45 M is an industrial spindle moulder built around this requirement: height, tilt and parallel movement of the profiling fence are driven electrically, and positions are displayed on an LED display.

This unit is year of manufacture 2023 with increased motor power of 7.35 kW / 10 HP. The Ø30 mm spindle with usable height of 140 mm tilts from 90° to 45° and is interchangeable, the profiling fence accepts tools up to Ø250 mm. The machine is equipped with Aigner guides, aluminium guides 550 mm long and bilateral table extensions of 670 mm each.
