Format4 Creator 950 is a through-feed CNC machining centre for carcass components: the workpiece is guided by transport grippers, and the machine drills vertically and horizontally in one pass, cuts and inserts dowels with glue injection. Since the workpiece is not held by vacuum, the machine does not require a vacuum pump. Year of manufacture 2018.

What is visible from photographs of this machine: drilling head with vertical and horizontal spindles (drill bits clamped), main spindle, dowel insertion unit with vibrating circular feeder mounted on the machine, four transport grippers on the rail, folding roller supports, additional dust extraction hood and foot switch. Control via computer with monitor on the front wall.

The machine was in our service in December 2025 undergoing used machine preparation — among other things, bearings and magnetic switch were replaced, a new aluminium support roller is included. The interior shows normal signs of use (dust, occasional surface rust on fasteners), the sheet metal is well preserved. Working dimensions and number of spindles will be verified together during inspection.
