Format4 c-express 920 is a vertical CNC boring-routing centre with through-feed concept: the workpiece travels through the machine in vertical position, guided by feed rollers and clamping-transport units, so the machine occupies only a few square metres of workshop space. It is designed for boring and groove routing of carcass components — clamping is mechanical, without a vacuum pump.

What is visible from photographs of this machine: boring head with quick-change chucks, routing spindle with cartridge and dust extraction port, support rails with rollers at entry and exit, built-in Format4 control panel with monitor, keyboard and mouse, foot switch, and supplied box of accessories.

Honestly about condition: the machine has been in use — there is dust and resin spots in the working area, surface rust on some unpainted internal parts, sheet metal and covers are without major damage.
