SHUTR XR/EP sensor for controlling electropneumatic solenoids with 24V DC The sensor is attached to the machine's power cable and detects whether the machine is switched on. When activated, the XR/EP sensor can directly control an electropneumatic solenoid (24V DC coil). Sensitivity can be adjusted via the SHUTR Connect app. For connecting up to 4 solenoids, see the Sensor+ option. If you have more than 4 solenoids and/or wish to control a dust extractor, you will need the SHUTR controller. An external antenna provides improved range up to 100 metres. Power is supplied via a small wall-mounted 24 V DC power supply with a 4-metre cable (included in delivery). Sensor+ option The sensor functions simultaneously as a sensor and as a configuration manager for establishing a small SHUTR Connect network Up to four (4) solenoids can be connected Supports up to 8 components Configuration via SHUTR Connect app Ideal for a single automated solenoid with sensor installed on the machine. Or for a small workshop that does not require an automated dust extraction system. The Sensor+ option is activated by connecting the SHUTR Connect app to the sensor via Bluetooth connection. If you wish to control a dust extractor, you will need the SHUTR controller. Technical information Wireless communication, range up to 100 metres.
