The Format4 profit H350R 16.30 is a modern CNC machining centre with a console table. A showroom machine built in 2024, practically new and with no traces of production use.
Main spindle
HSK-63F interface. An illuminated working area.
The main spindle has an HSK-63F interface, and the machine’s working area has LED lighting.
Tool changer
A circular changer with about 14 visible positions.
A circular changer swaps the tools. The machine also has a drilling head, a saw blade on the storage arm and a tool length gauge on the table edge.
Console table and clamping
Six consoles. Each with its own control module.
The workpiece is held by Format4 vacuum grippers: two are fitted, and about a dozen spares in two sizes are kept on the wall and on a shelf. A Becker vacuum pump stands beside the machine.
Control
A mobile control station with a monitor.
Beside the machine are a mobile control station with a monitor, a Format4 hand remote and a barcode reader.
Connection
18 kW at 400 V. Air at 8 bar.
