The Felder G 383 is a compact, professional edgebander for applying edge bands made of ABS, PVC and similar materials and for the complete processing of straight edges, from preparing the edge to rounding the corners and polishing, all in one pass.

Units in one pass

From edge preparation to polishing.

The pre-milling unit prepares the edge, and the glue is applied from a Teflon-coated glue pot. The end-trimming unit, the corner-rounding unit and the radius scraper work the edge, and the polishing unit finishes it at the end.

0.4–5 mm for the band. 10–50 mm for the workpiece.

The machine applies edge bands made of ABS, PVC and similar materials. The bands are 0.4–5 mm thick and the workpieces 10–50 mm. The minimum workpiece dimensions are 210×95 mm.

Quick-Set system

A quick change between thicknesses.

The Quick-Set system makes it quick to change between thicknesses, and the edge bands are 0.4 to 5 mm thick.
