REFIL P31 is a trimming saw for precise rip and crosscut trimming of individual veneer sheets and bundles — for preparing straight and clean edges before joining into larger veneer panels.

The veneer is placed on a long work table and aligned to the cutting line; a pneumatic pressure beam clamps the material evenly along the entire length, and the trimming unit moves along the beam to cut the veneer with a circular saw blade. The usable cutting length of 3100 mm is sufficient for standard furniture veneers; the machine trims natural veneer, thicker veneer and other thin wood materials (bundles up to approx. 45–60 mm).
