Clamping area
2,900 × 2,080 mm for large parts.
The frame section holds carcasses and frames up to about 2,900 × 2,080 mm, and the perforated plate beside it takes pressers and clamps. The machine occupies a footprint of 3,080 × 800 mm and stands 2,750 mm tall.

Manual hydraulics
Up to 2,000 kg per cylinder.
Four vertical hydraulic press units have a manual two-stage pump. Each cylinder develops up to 2,000 kg of force over a stroke of 100 mm; according to the manufacturer, you operate the unit with one hand and the pump has overload protection.

From a drawer to a carcass
From 6 to 60 cm of depth.
The carcass set is simply plugged onto the hydraulic units and turns them into a press for drawers and carcasses. The depth adjusts continuously, from a 6 cm drawer to a standard carcass depth of 60 cm.

The 90° stop and the side press
Square from the moment it is clamped.
The carcass rests against a 90° stop and the side press unit presses it from the second direction, so it stays square while the glue sets. According to the manufacturer, one worker can handle the gluing and assembly.
The perforated plate
A presser exactly where you need it.
Pressers and clamps go into holes on a 70 mm grid. The rack presser is pushed up to the workpiece and tightened with a crank, so frames, panels and parts of irregular shape can be clamped.
Angled and mitre gluing
A tilt of up to ±30°.
The tilting presser also presses at an angle of up to ±30°, so you can clamp angled and mitre joints.
A mobile press
A workstation you can move.
The press has wheels for moving it, so you can place it wherever you need it in the workshop that day.

The press is new, built in 2024, and stands in our showroom at Tacenska cesta 25. Viewing and testing with your own workpieces take place by arrangement.
