Description
The rotating perforated grid plate Multiplex consists of a base plate with milled guide grooves and two HPL/Multiplex plates measuring 1200 x 800 mm, stacked one above the other on the base plate. When needed, they can be flipped outward, doubling the working surface size to 1200 x 1600 mm. Holes in the HPL/multiplex plates have a 20 mm diameter and are arranged in a 96 mm grid. In combination with FAT 300 and appropriate optional equipment, the multiplex functional plate is an ideal support for a wide range of machining tasks (profiling, sawing, planing). The plate can also be used for gluing or finishing work, as support for workpieces or for expanding the machine table. HPL/multiplex plates can be opened without tools using ribbed bolts on the underside of the main body. Due to use of the rotating HPL/Multiplex grid plate, the load capacity of FAT 300 is reduced to 260 kg.
