When building new concrete stairs or renovating older buildings and installing new wooden steps, the specialist must perform time-consuming and labour-intensive measurements on site. To ensure new stairs fit perfectly and without problems on the first attempt, maximum precision is required. Standard software solutions on the market for staircase manufacturers are usually very expensive and complicated to use. Stairbox is a complete and fully equipped solution with no hidden costs. Simple - fast - perfect! With the Stairbox system, even demanding staircase measurements can be performed quickly and easily on site with maximum precision. Measured stairs are displayed in real time in the included software during the measuring process and are saved as a digital template image or imported directly into a CNC machine. Stairbox can be used in many more ways than just measuring concrete stairs covered with wood. Renovations, cutouts for tables, window production and much more. Thanks to its unique interface, it does not matter which Felder product the customer has. Whether it is Industry 4.0 or manual production 4.0 - it always works! Stairbox can export print layouts for cutting plans if the customer has a circular saw without stair function.
