FORMAT4 tempora F600 60.06L
Professional edgebander with length 4412 mm, designed for edge banding thickness 0.4–6 mm and workpiece thickness 8–60 mm. Features M-motion or X-motion PLUS control, complete edge processing, optional air-motion unit for gapless joints and interchangeable glue pot with tool-free quick change.
FORMAT4 tempora F600 60.06L glueBox
The glueBox version has length 4872 mm and uses a PUR adhesive tape system, eliminating the need for a conventional glue pot. It enables virtually invisible, high-quality adhesive joints and complete edge processing. Suitable for edge banding up to 3 mm thickness and workpieces up to 40 mm thickness, with operation via M-motion or X-motion PLUS control.

- Smart touch control e-motion
- 10.4" touchscreen for quick unit adjustment and control. Software for maintenance, network connection, temperature setting and meter counter. Motorized positioning to 0.01 mm.
- Retractable working support
- Support can be extended up to 450 mm and locked in any position within this range, enabling flexible adjustment when processing large pieces.
- Feed chain
- Enables continuous workpiece feed and prevents marks on workpiece surface. Rubber pads hold workpiece and guide it straight without tilting. Feed speed: 10 m/min
- Pressure bar height adjustment
- Height is adjusted manually via lever. Rubberized pressure rollers with bearings provide gentle contact pressure, preload maintains workpiece in same position throughout entire working process.
- Pre-milling unit
- Two motors with power 1.1 kW, each at speed 12,000 rpm for best milling results. Diamond cutters for clean edges with saw diameter 80 mm and height 49 mm.
- Glue container
- Coated with PTFE coating for easy cleaning. Has short heating time (10-12 min). Adhesive container with capacity 1.5 kg. Capacity 1 kg is sufficient for approximately 250 running metres of processing on board thickness 19 mm.
- Edge material feeder and pneumatic shears
- Synchronous mechanical feed ensures optimal material feed. Processing of roll edge banding and stick edge banding in one pass. With integrated pneumatic shears for pre-cutting up to 3 mm thickness.
- Pressure unit
- Pressure unit with three pressure rollers. First made of aluminium for adhesive cooling and last two conical for evenly distributed pressure. Drive ensures synchronized feed of workpiece and edge banding.
- Clamping unit with saws
- Edge trimming unit precisely cuts excess edge banding on the front and rear edge of the board, ensuring perfect joint between edge and base material. Two motors with power 0.35 kW. 12,000 rpm for precise and clean edge trim. Tilt 0–10°.
- Multifunctional unit for edge trimming
- Two motors with power 0.75 kW, each at speed 12,000 rpm, and four profile cutters for demanding materials. User can choose between straight, rounded (2 mm) and angled cut.
- Rondomat with single motor
- Single motor design at speed 12,000 rpm for clean processing of straight edges and soft and post forming profiles. Diamond 4-flute cutter for fast, precise and stable processing.
- Radial scraping unit
- Unit enables fine radius adjustment. Fine adjustment allows setting in increments up to 0.01 mm. Unit offers two independent units with scraper knives for radius 2 mm.
- Brush unit
- Purpose of the brush unit is cleaning the upper and lower edge for clean and glossy edge radius. Super-finish for ABS and PVC edge banding material. Two independent working units.
