Machine control: Controller is implemented via personal computer. Standard is computer on fixed bracket. (Option: mobile bracket) Machine part of controller consists of following components: HARD DISK, 24" VIDEO LCD MONITOR, DVD-RW, operating system WINDOWS 7, LAN NETWORK CARD, 2 x USB, connection at monitor, paper holder.
Remote control: Is included. Enables axis speed adjustment via potentiometer and gripper positioning via movable laser.
F4 integrate control program: The program enables preparation of work programs and their execution, machine control, setting of available tools and adjustment of all machine parameters. The advantage of the program is the integration of all functions within the same window. All programs are supported with 3D displays for easier visualization. The program is also compatible with external applications such as AutoCAD and other graphics programs.
Additional programs: F4INTEGRATE program for machine control in Slovenian language. 2 licenses, one for the computer on the machine and one for an additional workstation. F4OPERATE program for gripper positioning and launch of work programs 3D simulator is optional. F4 Tools manager for setting all tools and program for tool positioning on the machine. F4CREATE for preparation of work programs. Other characteristics of the program editor: - CAD commands (rotation, movement, repetitions, contour drawing in polyline or spline form, drawing assistance) - Engraving (all TrueType fonts from the computer) - Emptying of arbitrary contours with arbitrary tools (strategy selection) - Enlargement and reduction of contours - Setting logical conditions in the program - Use of up to 300 parameters/variables (+ additional parameters via subprogram import) - Interpolation of cutting paths (curve smoothing) - Addition of virtual/phantom planes at arbitrary position, which simplify the use of angle heads (fourth and fifth axes) - Use of subprograms (nesting of operations) - Setting of operation optimization (sequence for shorter processing time) and linking of multiple programs on the table with tool change optimization
Remote service: TELESERVICE package via Internet: Enables connection between machine computer and service center, allowing direct and rapid intervention on machine parameters, individual work programs and installation of possible newer program versions. Internet line connection to machine computer is required.
Accessories included in price: Machine operating and maintenance instructions in Slovenian language. Electrical and pneumatic diagrams. Spare parts manual. Complete set of keys. Manual lubrication pump.
