Overview – Format4 Profit H08

Compact CNC machining centre for nesting cutting and processing of panels up to 2500 × 1250 mm format. Smallest version of the PROFIT H08 series — same technology and precision as larger models, on the smallest floor footprint and at the lowest entry price.

Why it convinces:
• Nesting technology – Cutting and processing directly from the panel, automatic cutting optimisation for minimal material waste
• Powerful spindle – Main spindle 10 kW (HSK F63) with up to 24,000 rpm for milling, edging and engraving
• Automatic drill head DH 8 – 8 vertical spindles for rapid drilling of holes for hardware, shelves and dowels
• Automatic tool changer – 8-position linear tool magazine at the machine reduces setup times
• Grid vacuum table – 60 × 60 mm mesh with vacuum system 180 m³/h (optionally up to 500 m³/h) for reliable clamping without templates
• Processing up to 85 mm – Working area 2500 × 1250 × 85 mm covers standard panel formats
• Compact layout – Requires significantly less space than larger versions, with full CNC functionality
• Easy operation – Compact-Control system with computer; upgrade to Wood Flash in Slovenian (option)
