Overview – Format4 Profil 45 M
FORMAT4 profil 45 M is a professional spindle moulder with tilting spindle, solid cast iron table and Power Drive control. The table opening is 320 mm, and the spindle fence allows the use of tools up to 250 mm diameter. Standard equipment includes a quick-change spindle system.
The profil 45 M x-motion variant additionally enables control of settings via a 15-inch touchscreen, storage of spindle moulder programs and precise electronic spindle and fence positioning.

- Zaščitna kapa
- Prislon je mogoče hitro odmakniti, kar olajša menjavo orodja in rezkalnih vreten ter omogoča učinkovitejše krivuljno rezkanje.
- Rezkalno vreteno
- Rezkalno vreteno premera 30 mm omogoča uporabno višino nad mizo do 140 mm, odprtina v delovni mizi pa znaša 320 mm. Višino in nagib vretena od 90° do 45° je mogoče natančno nastavljati električno. Za varno in preprosto menjavo orodja je vreteno opremljeno z ročnim mehanizmom za blokiranje.
