About this machine

The automatic spindle moulder OMEC F10 is designed for producing parallel grooves (tenons) on drawers, various furniture parts, boxes for wine and other bottles, cigar boxes and beehive frames. The machine is equipped with a complete set of cutting tools that enable the production of various tenon configurations. Pieces can be processed automatically in batches. Clamping and unclamping of pieces is carried out manually using a pneumatic cylinder. Pieces are fed using a hydraulic cylinder, which is controlled via a dedicated control station. Commands are located on the machine's control panel.
