Overview – Format4 KAPPA automatic 80
Compact industrial horizontal panel saw with which Mayer sets the standard in its class. The 32.32 version with 3,200 mm cutting length and pusher delivers industrial technology — a solid, low-vibration frame and exceptionally fast feed — into workshops that cut standard formats and want to make the step from classic sliding table saw to automatic cutting.

- Push rod drive
- Strong steel construction of the outfeed table is important for ensuring accuracy of sheet formatting. The push rail with clamps must move precisely heavy and large sheets even in stacks. Position measurement of the push rail is executed via a magnetic tape system, which is insensitive to dust and ensures accuracy of 0.1 mm. Movement of the push rail is executed via gear and rack, which ensures smooth sheet movement. One side of the push rail guide is round, the other is flat, which ensures accuracy by compensating for the effect of temperature on material expansion.
- Delovna miza
- Stroj je opremljen z mizo iz poliranega jekla, zračno kotno mizo dimenzij 2300 × 600 mm z vodilom prislona ter z dvema zračnima mizama dimenzij 1800 × 600 mm. Zračna blazina omogoča gladko premikanje materiala in nemoten potek proizvodnje, zlasti pri obdelavi skladov plošč.

38With an optical sensor positioned directly behind the cutting line, the workpiece length is measured. This ensures precise processing and eliminates the need for time-consuming manual measurement.
When the function is activated, the push rod moves the panel to the sensor, shifts it by the edging value and executes the cut automatically.
