In addition to comprehensive standard equipment, such as spring-loaded segmented output pressure bar and infinitely variable feed speed from 5 to 20 m/min, the new thicknesser exact 51 can be completely adapted to your needs with extensive optional equipment.

41Tersa cutter head enables exceptionally fast knife change without special tools. Four self-centering knives ensure smooth running, precise machining and high-quality planed surface.
44Silent-Power spiral cutter head reduces planing noise by more than half. Specially developed carbide blades with continuous pull cut ensure smooth surface without tearout on all wood types. Optimised dust cover effectively removes short shavings, which pack more compactly in bags and therefore need less frequent changing. Blades have four precise cutting edges and up to 20 times longer service life than standard HSS blades. Damaged blade can be quickly and easily replaced individually.
